Who we are
Schedule Plus provides scheduling and AI consulting. This site is a marketing and lead-information resource. For privacy-related requests about this website, contact us at contact@scheduleplus.com. You can also use our contact page.
What this policy covers
This policy applies only to information collected through this website. It does not govern data handled under separate consulting agreements, client projects, or other services—those relationships are covered by their own terms and notices.
Information we collect
Information you send us. The contact flow uses a mailto: link. Messages are composed and sent from your device through your email provider; we do not operate a server-side contact form in this repository, so the body of your message is not stored on our web servers as part of that flow. We receive whatever you choose to put in the email (for example, name, email address, and the content of your inquiry) in our mailbox like any normal business email.
Technical data from visiting the site. Like most websites, hosting and delivery infrastructure may automatically process data such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device type, request timestamps, and URLs requested. That processing supports security, reliability, and operations (for example, serving pages and preventing abuse).
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with law and protect our rights where required.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this site in the current implementation; if that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, the cookie notice before enabling those tools.
Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We keep the site lightweight. In addition to any strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms your browser or our host may set for delivery (for example, security or routing), we use browser local storage on your device for:
- Theme preference (
sp-theme) — remembers dark or light mode so the site matches your choice. - Cookie notice (
sp-cookie-consent) — records that you dismissed the bottom notice so we do not show it again on that browser.
You can clear these values at any time through your browser settings (site data / local storage). Doing so may reset your theme and show the notice again.
Third parties
We use service providers that process data on our behalf to host and serve the site. The primary provider we deploy with is:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting, global edge network, and related infrastructure. Their privacy statement describes how they handle service and diagnostic data: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Domain registration and DNS may involve additional providers depending on how the production domain is configured; their policies govern any data they collect in that role. If we add tools such as email marketing, CRM, or analytics, we will list them here with purpose and links to their policies.
Retention
Email. Business correspondence we receive is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet legal, tax, or operational requirements—typically on the order of years for ordinary business email unless a shorter deletion practice applies to your case.
Hosting logs. Access and security logs generated by our hosting provider are retained according to the provider’s own schedules and documentation (often a limited rolling period for operational logs).
Browser storage. Theme and notice-dismissal values persist on your device until you clear site data or we change keys as part of a site update.
Security
We rely on reputable hosting and follow reasonable practices for a marketing site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
We are remote-first and may process and store information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information may be transferred to countries that your jurisdiction considers not to provide an adequate level of protection, subject to appropriate safeguards where required (such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers).
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. To exercise rights related to email we hold about you, contact contact@scheduleplus.com. We may need to verify your request where permitted by law.
California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law based on our current site setup. California residents may still contact us for other applicable requests.
European users. Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases typically include legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and communicating with prospective clients, and consent where we rely on it for specific mechanisms we describe in this policy.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and professionals. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we publish material revisions. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where allowed by law.
